If you want to experiment with Omm ahead of the launch, you can now do so on the testnet: test.omm.finance.
Try to supply and borrow assets, claim and stake Omm Tokens, and vote for ICON P-Reps. Testnet rewards are available to claim from your Performance section after 8:15am Pacific each day.
If it’s your first time using a testnet product, we’ve included some details to help you get started.
Sign in to Omm
First, sign in to test.omm.finance with ICONex or a Ledger wallet on your computer, or use Bridge on any device.
If you’re on mobile, use the MyIconWallet app:
- Go to the Settings tab and switch to the Yeouido network (at the bottom of the page).
- Open the Browser tab, enter test.omm.finance, then tap Search.
- Tap `Sign in`, then choose ICONex.
Add testnet assets to your wallet
To test Omm, you’ll need testnet currency. After you sign in, click your wallet in the top right and choose `Copy ICON address`. Then…
Add testnet ICX
Go to the iBriz testnet faucet and enter your ICON address. You’ll receive 2,001 testnet ICX in a few moments. If their faucet is empty, try Staky’s faucet instead.
Add testnet USDS or IUSDC
To test Omm with Stably USD (USDS) or ICON USD Coin (IUSDC), share your wallet address with DK (Dodo#8244) on Discord and he’ll send you some.
Go back to Omm and refresh the page. When your testnet assets are added to your wallet, you’ll see them listed as available to supply. You’re now ready to supply and borrow assets on the testnet. 🙌
Use the testnet with ICONex
If you’re using ICONex, you’ll also need to switch it to the testnet before you complete your first transaction.
- Try to supply an asset you have available, like ICX.
- Enter your password into ICONex and click Transfer.
- Locate the dropdown at the top of the next ICONex screen that says `mainnet` and change it to `yeouido`. Then click Transfer.
When you’ve finished testing, initiate another transaction, switch your wallet back to the mainnet, then click Cancel. If you can’t follow these steps for any reason, learn how to change the network in ICONex.
Swap or supply Omm assets on Balanced
If you want to practice swapping and supplying liquidity for Omm assets, you can use a testnet version of Balanced with your ICONex or Ledger wallet.
With your wallet switched to the testnet, go to this page and sign in: https://omm.balanced.network/trade.
